An entirely unique ethnic-gastronomic restaurant concept, The Cafe is intended to evoke a ‘dining room’ ambience and be one of the most sought-after tables on the island. The Cafe offerings are designed to suit the most discerning guests. Each station is dedicated to preparing authentic cuisines from selected regions, ranging from fresh sashimi and sushi rolls in the Japanese corner, Chinese barbequed ducks and pork, tasty tom yum goong at the Southeast Asian station, exotic butter chicken and naan from the Indian section, to a la minute pastas at the Western corner. The dessert section is abundant with chocolate fondues, homemade ice cream and sorbets, heavenly cakes and mousse.

Diners can now dine with ease, as all restaurants are adhering to strict guidelines adapting to the new norm, such as sanitizing of restaurant areas after each meal period, proper implementation and strict supervision on all staff hygiene and sanitation, implementation of safe distancing at outlets queue lines with visible markings and signs, additional spacing between all seats at a minimum of 6 feet apart and safe food practices as recommended, including providing well-cooked meats, and temporary removal of uncooked dishes in all restaurants.
