1. Cake order is minimum 48 hours in advance.
2. Full payment is required to confirm your order. All orders are non-refundable.
3. Please collect the cake at Cannelé (Promenade level) of Mulia Resort, Jl. Raya Nusa Dua Selatan, Kawasan Sawangan Nusa Dua, 80363, Bali, Indonesia. Tel: +62 361 3017777.
4. As Cannelé cakes are specially made to order, please ensure that the cake is collected on the specified collection date. Any purchase made will be voided after the collection date and will not be refunded.
5. Please inform us of any special dietary requirements, allergies, or preferences for alcohol-based flavours that you wish to avoid in your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
6. Please store and consume the cake according to the recommended instructions. Mulia Bali is not liable for possible spoilage due to mishandling (during transportation or storage), consumption after the recommended date, or other claims after the product has left the property.
7. Chocolate cakes are not permitted to be served in guestrooms; they are only allowed in restaurants.
8. For safety reasons, candles and flammable items are not allowed in guestrooms.
