In response to the WHO declaration regarding Coronavirus, we would require your participation to answer the following questions. [Complete the form]

Please advise us immediately if you:
  • Have a fever, dry cough or/and breathing difficulty?
  • Do you have flu-like symptoms such as upset stomach, headache or fatigue?
  • Have you tested positive for Covid-19 14 days prior to arrival?
  • Have you had any contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid-19 within 14 days prior to arrival?
  • Related to the Indonesian Government’s directive order, please note that all guests are now required to present their COVID-19 Vaccine certificate (first dose at a minimum) upon entering our premises. Thank you for your kind attention and cooperation.

Reservation Terms & Conditions:
  • Should the restaurant be fully booked, the date and time will not be able to be selected.
  • Our team will reply to your reservation within 48 hours. Please contact fb.reservation@hotelmulia.com should you fail to receive any response.
  • If there are any changes to your arrival time; please contact our team at +62 21 5753273. Otherwise, Cascade Lounge has the right to release your booking within 15 minutes of the reserved time.
